WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN, THE PAGE SAYS "Username Does Not Exist"

First, double check to make sure you are spelling it correctly. Then, check the capital letters. The username is case sensitive. Also make sure you are entering it in correctly. Remember that your user name and your screen (display) name are not the same unless you signed up that way. Often, the username is not in caps
Example:
Username: exampleusername
Screen Name: Example Name
The above applies to your password as well. Check the spelling and capital letters
IF you are still having an issue with this, click on "Forgot Password" as sometimes putting in the wrong password can give you this error

Use one of the methods below to contact support. REMEMBER TO BE SPECIFIC! Saying (for example) "It doesn't work" will not get any help accomplished.
Think of it this way... if you go to the doctor, you have to tell him what hurts so that the doc can help you feel better. You can't just say "It Hurts". So be specific

GOOD EXAMPLES
"When I try to login, I get the "Username does not exist" error
"When I click on a link, I get a blank page and nothing is showing on it"

BAD EXAMPLES
"When I try to login, it wont let me" or "It wont let me use the website"
"The website isn't working" or "When I try to login it doesn't work"

Being specific will help to get your issue resolved. Otherwise it will take a lot of chatting back and forth to narrow down what is happening.
ALSO, include a screen shot!!! This will allow a better understanding of what is happening
